Role Overview & Responsibilities

This role places you at the heart of Amazon’s Consumer or Operations businesses. As a Program Manager Intern, you will enhance your analytical skills and drive significant business impact.

• Department Placement: You may join teams in Business Intelligence, Retail, Amazon Vendor Services, or Seller Services.

• Project Ownership: You will be given ownership of a project with real deliverables that affect the business.

• Collaboration: Engage with Amazonians across the EMEA region to improve processes and customer experiences.

Eligibility Criteria (The 2026 Cohort)

Applicants must meet the following strict academic timeline to be considered:

• Current Students: You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a graduation date of 2026.

• Recent Graduates: You are also eligible if you have graduated within the last 6 months.

• Availability: You must be available to complete a full-time (40 hours/week) internship for 12 months.

Required Skills & diversity

• Language: Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
