The Business Affiliates team works on local business operations, retail activity and real estate partnerships connected to company operations.

What You Will Do

As a Summer 2026 Business Affiliates Intern, you will work on daily business activities and growth initiatives:

• Assist retail and real estate affiliate businesses

• Support revenue growth initiatives

• Help streamline internal processes and procedures

• Work on a downtown real estate development project

• Communicate with tenants and co-working clients

• Support operations across rental properties

• Identify partnership and growth opportunities

• Participate in operational efficiency projects

• Provide business data insights and reporting

This role mixes operational work with customer interaction and project support.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, Associate degree, trade school or certification program
  or have graduated within the last six months

• Be pursuing a business-related field of study
