What You Will Do

As part of the Global Banking team in Sydney, selected graduates will:

• Evaluate companies and build financial models for M&A transactions

• Prepare industry research and analysis for client pitches

• Conduct valuation and financial modelling exercises

• Perform market and company analysis

• Create marketing and transaction materials

• Support the execution of live deals

This role offers direct exposure to corporate clients, financial institutions and sponsor-backed transactions in the Australian and global markets.

Your Team

You will join the Global Banking team in Sydney, responsible for providing:

• Corporate coverage and strategic advisory

• Capital markets solutions

• Structured financing solutions

The team works on high-value transactions and complex mandates, supporting clients across sectors.

• Will graduate at the end of 2026, or have less than two years of work experience
