Project Details
The selected candidate will work on the project titled:
“Software models of trained Deep Neural Network architectures for real-Time Edge applications on Space platforms”
The project aims to design and optimize lightweight AI models suitable for deployment on space-grade hardware, enabling real-time decision-making at the edge for space missions.

Tenure: Initially 1 year, extendable by up to 1 additional year or till project completion based on performance

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PD candidates as per Government of India rules)
Essential Qualifications
As prescribed by the funding agency, candidates should meet one of the following criteria:

M.Tech / ME / MS / BS-MS in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication Engineering with a minimum CPI of 6.5 and a valid GATE or NET score (within the last five years)
OR -
B.Tech / BE in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Instrumentation, or related disciplines with a minimum CPI of 6.5 and a valid GATE or NET score
GATE/NET is exempted for candidates holding B.Tech or M.Tech degrees with a minimum CPI of 8.0 from IITs, IISc, or IISERs.
