Role Overview

Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary (Scheduled to conclude January 1, 2027, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role contingent on funding).

Core Objective: Recruit higher education institutions and build relationships to foster cultures of civic learning and voter participation.
Key Responsibilities
The Program Manager will lead efforts to expand the network and deepen engagement:

Campus Recruitment: engaging colleges and universities to join the network.

Program Management: Leading ALL IN's "community of practice" program with campus cohorts and managing campus awards programming.

Event Planning: Organizing both virtual and in-person events to energize the network.

Student Support: Supporting student-facing initiatives that drive direct participation.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Applicants should possess the following experience and skills:

Experience:
-
3+ years of experience in field organizing, nonpartisan democratic engagement, or higher education.

1+ year of experience working directly with college students, faculty, or staff.

Skills:

Demonstrated experience in event planning and communications.

Strong data management skills.

Proficiency with digital tools including Google Workspace, Canva, and HubSpot.
