Key Responsibilities (Role Overview)
Selected candidates will be engaged in tasks such as:

Testing and quality evaluation of samples as per national and international standards

Assisting scientists in chemical, microbiological, engineering, and food analysis laboratories

Operation, maintenance, and upgradation of laboratory equipment

Supporting FSSAI compliance and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

Technical Posts:
MSc / BE / BTech in relevant disciplines such as Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, Textile / Polymer / Rubber Technology, or related fields. -
Food Analyst Post:
Must qualify as a Food Analyst under Rule 2.1.4 of Food Safety and Standards Rules, 2011. -
Management Posts:
MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Management / Mass Communication from a recognized institution.
Experience Requirement

Senior Young Professional: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in government or accredited laboratories).

Junior Young Professional: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Age Limit (as on last date of application)

Senior Young Professional: Not exceeding 38 years
Salary / Remuneration
NTH offers attractive consolidated monthly remuneration:

Senior Young Professional: ₹70,000 per month
(Annual increment of ₹5,000 upon extension) -
Junior Young Professional: ₹40,000 per month
(Annual increment of ₹5,000 upon extension)
Tenure of Engagement

Initial tenure is 1 year
-
Extendable up to 4 years, subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirements

Engagement is purely contractual and may be terminated with one month’s notice by either side
